This short conversation gives us the chance to:

 

  • Get to know each other in a relaxed way.

  • Talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.

  • Answer any questions you may have about my approach, practicalities, or next steps.

 

The consultation takes place online and is completely without obligation. It’s simply a way for you to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
